At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping—but we’re glad to include a personalized note with your order. You’ll find the option to add your message in the basket before checkout. A simple way to make it feel special.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed, so we cannot accept changes or cancellations after 2 hours from your purchase. If you need to make a request, please contact us immediately at contact@rootstockgoods.com. We appreciate your understanding.

Because we use a print-on-demand process, this helps us reduce waste by creating your item only when you order—thank you for supporting this mindful approach.

I received this as a gift, can I exchange it?

Since our products are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) services, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom items. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Our mission is to help you root deeply in what truly matters—bringing rhythm, clarity, and care to everyday life. Through thoughtfully crafted goods and mindful inspiration, Rootstock supports intentional living, emotional strength, joyful companionship, and timeless craftsmanship. We aim to nurture a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and beautifully enough.

We currently use print-on-demand (POD) production to honor these values sustainably. POD allows us to create each item thoughtfully, only when it’s ordered—reducing waste and excess inventory. This approach lets us focus on quality, minimize our environmental footprint, and stay flexible to offer unique designs that resonate with you, all while keeping the process mindful and intentional.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to launch Rootstock Atelier—a collection of handcrafted pieces made with mindful materials. This line will embody quiet luxury and craftsmanship rooted deeply in place and care.
