We want you to love what you bring into your life. Every item at Rootstock Goods is selected or made with care, and we stand behind the integrity of our goods. Your satisfaction with quality is our priority, and we’ll address any issues promptly.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are a small business, and a selection of our products are custom-made as orders come in through our trusted production partners. This means we don’t hold inventory for those items, allowing us to keep costs fair and quality exceptional.

With that in mind, we offer a 100% quality guarantee:

  • You can expect to receive your item promptly and in perfect condition.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If your order arrives with a print or production defect, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it. We will gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund—and you may keep the original item.
  • Because some products are made specifically for you, refunds or exchanges are only accepted in the above cases. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for other reasons.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you've not received your refund, please contact us at contact@rootstockgoods.com.

 

DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS

  • If your order is damaged during transit, please inform us within 3 business days for a prompt replacement.
  • If your order is missing or lost during shipment, contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require a reshipment fee.

 

COMPLETED ORDERS

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. If you have questions about a product, return eligibility, or an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team for guidance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
