At Rootstock Goods, many of our items are made to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and support thoughtful production—but it also means your order may take a little more time to arrive.

Thank you for choosing a more sustainable approach to shopping. Every made-to-order item helps reduce overproduction and supports mindful craftsmanship.

U.S. Shipping Only and we ship from the U.S.
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. Stay tuned—we hope to expand soon! Sign up for our email list to be the first to hear about international shipping updates and new product launches.

🕰️ Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after you place your order. During high-volume seasons or holidays, it may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Time
Orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after production. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item ships

📦 Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each piece is crafted and shipped with care—sometimes from different locations—so arrival times may vary slightly.

💵 Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60 (before tax and discounts). For orders under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your cart.

🧭 Delays or Delivery Issues
Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at contact@rootstockgoods.com and we’ll make it right.
